Stuart’s favorite work is tax planning, because it turns a tax season clients dread into one they can face with confidence. He'd rather take the time to research the right answer than hand over a fast one, because he knows people are counting on him. Most clients are afraid of tax season because they think they are going to owe money, but with proper tax planning, Stuart and the team at The Garabedian Group helps eliminate the stress.
Background
Stuart has worked full time since the day after he turned 16. That includes six years as head lifeguard for Clovis Unified School District, where he trained every lifeguard and teacher in the district in water safety and coached swimmers from 8 to 65. He started at Clovis Community to save money and help his parents at home, then transferred to Fresno State to finish his accounting degree. He paid for his tuition and his CPA exams by bartending full time through COVID. A stint in construction along the way gave him an inside view of one of the industries he now serves.
Stuart’s first hand experience really helped put the accounting side of the industries he works with into perspective. Today he works with logistics, construction, agriculture, and dental businesses of nearly every size.
