Nadia believes the old stereotype of the quiet, technical accountant gets it wrong. Real advice comes from real conversation, which is why she hopes clients call before a decision is made, not after. When something doesn't look right, she'll say so, respectfully and directly, because that's what a true advisor does.
Background
Nadia's path to accounting started at her dad's business. She kept its day-to-day books while he built her work schedule around her college classes. His CPA saw what she could do and encouraged her to switch her major from environmental science to accounting. Six years into her career, she still brings that family-business perspective to every client she serves.
She approaches the work like a detective. Every client's story is different, so she puts her analytical mind to work on whatever they need, from QuickBooks help and government payments to tax planning and bigger questions like whether an asset or real estate investment is worth it. Her favorite work is advisory: helping owners grow their businesses and walking alongside them as they do.
