How To Use SafeSend Exchange™

Simplify your tax season

We work digitally: no printing, no dropping off paperwork. To keep your information secure and your experience seamless, we use SafeSend Exchange™ and SafeSend Returns™. You can securely upload tax documents, review your completed federal and state returns, and sign everything electronically, on your schedule. It’s faster, safer, and eliminates the hassle of printing, scanning, or delivering documents to our office.

SafeSend Exchange™: Secure File Transfer

SafeSend Exchange™ is the safest and most convenient way to digitally share your tax documents with us. All sent files are automatically encrypted, ensuring the privacy and security of your information.  

No Photos - High Quality PDFs ONLY

We highly encourage you to upload ALL of your documents in a single upload. 

The maximum amount of data that can be sent is 3GB. We recommend using a mobile scanner to upload your tax documents to SafeSend Exchange™.  Or use Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner with OCR, PDF Creator Mobile APP.

How To Send File:

While SafeSend Exchange™ is accessible on different devices, for the best experience, use a desktop to upload your tax documents. 

How To Upload Documents:

We highly encourage you to upload ALL of your documents in a single upload. The maximum amount of data that can be sent is 3GB.

  • Enter your information in the left panel as directed.

    The Recipient should automatically say Admin The Garabedian Group.

    Enter a subject line for the message. Enter a body for the message. 

  • Click Attach to select the tax document(s)you wish to upload (ONLY PDFs, NO PHOTOS). 

    We highly encourage you to upload ALL of your documents in a single upload. 

    The maximum amount of data that can be sent is 3GB. If your files exceed this limit, complete a separate upload. 

  • Click Send.

    ​Enter the access code sent to your email address.

    Click Continue, and you are DONE.
