Meet Mia. She started at The Garabedian Group as a 2020 tax season intern from Fresno State and grew to become a skillful full-time business advisor.
As of March 2023, Mias passed all four parts of the CPA exam and obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She believes in making a difference and positively impacting clients and our community. We are proud to support Mia in her professional accounting journey.

Background
In 2018, Mia obtained her Associate Degree in Business Administration at the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California. During that time, she worked for a CPA firm in her hometown, developing a foundation in income tax and financial accounting. In 2019, she transferred to Fresno State, and with each semester, Mia juggled full-time school and completed income tax and bookkeeping projects. In December 2021, Mia graduated from the University of California, Fresno, with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Mia has applied her school studies with her work experience, acquired a great deal of accounting knowledge, and found success with her CPA exams.
