Background
After five years as a paralegal, Sonja came to work for Dale in what was meant to be a temporary role during a staffing transition. Forty-two years later she's still here. Sonja has helped grow and shape the firm from the inside, and clients know her as the person who always has an answer or knows where to find one.
For the past 20 years, she has also worked as a Profit & Growth Business Advisor. She sits on the same side of the table as business owners and helps them build companies that serve both their professional goals and their personal dreams. Sonja believes in treating the team as trusted adults and clients as people, not revenue streams. Her favorite moment in the work is when everything finally clicks for a client.
