Background
Lauren Garabedian Ruff joined the firm in 2012 after a successful career in retail management for the Williams Sonoma Corporation. Much of the reason Lauren decided to make the career move into the accounting industry was to continue the legacy built by her father, Dale, make a difference in the community, and service our clients at the highest level. The most rewarding part of Lauren’s career is interacting with clients and making their lives better by doing what we do best so they can focus on what they do best and what matters most to them.
Community Involvement
Lauren does not rest. She is a member of the La Feliz Guild of Valley Children's Hospital which hosts an annual fundraiser on the day of the Kentucky Derby to raise funds to contribute to the endowments currently being funded by 15 other guilds of the hospital. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Marjaree Mason Center, which is Fresno County's only dedicated provider of domestic violence shelter and support services, including education for victims and youth. Additionally, Lauren serves on the Board of Directors for Inspiration Transportation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides non-emergency medical transportation for the residents of southwest Fresno using electric vehicles. In 2020, Lauren was nominated in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual fundraising event for the Woman of the Year for the Central Valley chapter of LLS.
Fun Fact
Lauren lived in Israel one summer during college to participate in an archaeological dig at an ancient Roman bath site.
