Background
Maria brings eight years of administrative experience across accounting, nonprofits, construction, and compliance-driven environments. Most recently she was a Tax Coordinator at a CPA firm, where she managed a high-volume client workload and kept every account on track against tight filing deadlines. Before that, she tracked government contracts from start to finish as a project assistant.
Her first tax season as a Tax Coordinator showed her what a reliable point of contact is worth. In the three months before April 15, she helped process more than 500 client accounts, following up on rejected e-filed returns and working with preparers to collect missing information so no client was left wondering where things stood.
