Background

Cheri embarked on her professional journey, starting as a bookkeeper and catering to numerous law firms in San Francisco. Springing to the next step in her career, she served as an accountant for three years for an online modern lighting and furniture retailer. Her most career-defining moment was when she stepped into the role of a Business Manager for the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, where she oversaw their financial landscape. During her time there, Cheri played a role in growing their revenue from 15 to 30 million dollars in the span of eight years. Today, Cheri sees her career reaching new heights as she continues to grow professionally and deepen her impact within the community she proudly serves.
