Background

Suzanne has built an exceptional career. From flexing her creative culinary skills with some of the best international chefs at Pebble Beach Resorts to connecting with the community through the vehicle of chicken at Chick-fil-A, she has a few notches on her belt when it comes to excelling in a highly competitive customer marketplace. Suzanne adds cutting-edge operational experience and a wealth of leadership skills to The Garabedian Group. Everywhere she goes, she is persistent in pursuing goals and pours positive energy into the workplace.

 

Before joining the firm, Suzanne served as the Executive Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A in Walnut Creek, CA. At Chick-fil-A, she served as a major cog in the wheel in launching the national brand into a new market. She established its leadership development program, internal systems, and processes for multi-unit operations. Her innate drive in operations, sales, and leadership drove double-digit annualized sales growth (+375% from 2013-2024) of $16.5MM and improved the companywide store ranking from #355 to #2. Aside from her management expertise, Suzanne’s most cherished moments at Chick-fil-A were fostering meaningful relationships with guests and wholeheartedly caring for her team.

 

Preceding her victories at Chick-fil-A, Suzanne collaborated with her favorite culinary heroes, legendary Michelin Star chefs, at Pebble Beach Resorts in their Pastry and Catering department. She was involved in various prestigious events, such as Pebble Beach Food & Wine, AT&T Pro-Am, Concours d’Elegance, and the 2010 U.S. Open.

 

As of now, with an open perspective and meticulous attention to detail, Suzanne works closely with Sonja Fabbian to digest how The Garabedian Group operates and guides clients to reach their definition of success.

Community Involvement 

Suzanne is a positive advocate for parents with children on the Autism spectrum. It’s important for parents to have access to resources to help their children, and Suzanne likes to facilitate connections between parents and those resources through word of mouth. Suzanne also supports law enforcement in the CHP Golden Gate Division. At her Chick-fil-A restaurant, she would care for and provide a safe place for CHP to rest. As of now, Suzanne is looking for a local shelter to dedicate her time to adopting a furry four-legged friend. She is also involved with The Garabedian Group's efforts to support the Fresno community.
