Without a doubt, Raj is a futuristic person, set on directing her future. As the first in her family to go to college, Raj’s goal was to graduate, obtain the highest credential in her field, and succeed in her career.
Background
Her husband, Anubhav, has been her pillar of strength since she met him in 2008. She graduated from California State University, Bakersfield in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting & Finance, and acquired her CPA license in 2015.
Raj previous experience includes working at a local firm in Bakersfield for three years where she then moved to a mid-sized firm and within one year was promoted to a supervisor. Captivated by the welcoming culture and environment at The Garabedian Group, Raj joined our team where she leads our assurance department and is also a valuable business advisor providing top-level client’s business advisory, assurance, financial reporting, and tax services. When Raj is not composing financial statements, she is caring for her 2-year-old son Sahib who always keeps her on her feet.
